New Business Development Program

14 March 08 Thanks to AusIndustry funding, one hundred small to medium businesses on the Sunshine Coast will have the opportunity to benefit from a new training and mentoring program.  Businesses in the creative industries, tourism, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, trades and business services sectors are encouraged to participate.  The grant was won by Caloundra City Enterprises, with the support and sponsorship of Business Maroochy, Caloundra City Council, The Hinterland Business Centre and TRAC Consulting.  For an investment of $495 (inc. GST), program participants will receive training and mentoring with a real value of $7,700.  Topics to be covered include financial management, environmental best practice, business sustainability, risk management, marketing, online marketing and business planning.
