The Sunshine Coast Businesswomens' Network (SCBWN) Mentoring Program
The Mentoring Program is one of the most important initiatives of the SCBWN, expressions of interest are now beingtakenfor mentors and mentorees for this year's program.
Mentors Required
Are you successful in business and want to make a difference in your community? If so why not become part of the 2009 Mentoring Program. We require business women as mentors to share the knowledge and wisdom they have gathered in business to help other businesswomen grow.
The program will commence mid May and is based on 4 x 4 hours sessions held monthly over 4 months, completing with Graduation in September 2009.
The program will be specifically designed for Micro/Small Start up Businesses If you have a range of experience that will contribute to Micro/Small and Start up businesses we would love to have you join the program.
Calling for Mentorees
Are you in small business, an owner operator and someone who is seeking more business knowledge in an environment of complete support, or someone that wants to take themselves and their business to the next level?
Expressions of Interest are now being called for the 2009 Mentoring Program. The program will commence mid May and is based on 4 x 4 hours sessions held monthly over 4 months, completing with Graduation in September 2009.
The program will be specifically designed for Micro/Small Start up Businesses If you are a business with 5 or less staff, have been in business for 5 or less years, an owner operator in business or you are just starting out in business, this program will be for you.

YOUTH MENTORING 'YOUR STORY' COMPETITION
Mentors and Mentees from all over Australia are invited to send in their mentoring story and photo/s . You don't have to be a professional writer or photographer. You just need to have lots of enthusiasm and a great mentoring spirit!
The competition closes on Friday, May 22nd 2009. The top ten stories will be published on the Youth Mentoring Network website over the following months. Finally, the mentor and mentee from the top two stories will receive a gift voucher valued at $20 each. All winners will be notified through their program coordinator, announced in our monthly newsletter and on the Youth Mentoring Network website.
