Sunshine Coast Institute of TAFE
Diploma of Renewable Energies Technology
Location: Nambour Campus
Program duration: 2 Semesters full-time
Entry Requirements: Completion of Year 10 or equivalent, or completion of Cert III / apprenticeship in related area.
This program offers participants the background studies and scope to be able to design, install and monitor sustainable energy systems.
Advanced Diploma of Renewable Energies
Location: Nambour Campus
Program duration: One semester part-time, commencing July
Entry Requirements: Successful completion of Diploma of Renewable Energies.
On successful completion of this program, learners will be able to plan, design, research, commission, diagnose and rectify faults, install and maintain larger scale renewable systems. Career opportunities include advising and consulting in the areas of auditing d energy management, plan, design and commission stand-alone power systems.
