This course provides participants with the essential business skills of coordination, organisation and resource allocations. Topics covered include communication, customer service, problem solving, industrial relations, managing performance systems, document design, record systems and preparing budgets. Career opportunities include operations manager and supervisor in the government and non-government sectors.
