Goodlife Community Centre, Buderim
The swim schools are run by AustSwim trained teachers, have small class sizes and affordable prices. Classes include Aqua Tots, Children aged 2 to 12 years and classes for adults. Children with special needs can be catered for. Aqua classes include: Fabulous 50s - this class is for those in their 50s and includes aerobic workout, strength training, balance activities and flexibility.
