Terri Carr is the Director of Ballinger Training & Consultancy (B.T.C.), a Registered Training Organisation locally owned and run on the Sunshine Coast.
B.T.C. specialises in meeting the individual needs of each student, by providing customised, relevant, industry related courses.
Courses include:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment Upgrade
- Certificate IV in Disability Work

Ballinger Training & Consultancy deliver workplace based traineeships in the Certificate IV in Disability Work and the Certificate IV in Frontline Management. Classes can be run in the workplace for groups of four or more.
The Certificate IV in Disability Work and the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment are also delivered under the Productivity Places Program, which means that funding is available for those who meet the eligibility criteria - to find out more about this program speak with Terri.
The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment runs for six weeks (two days per week) and a new course commences every 7-8 weeks. The Certificate IV in Disability Work, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management have 'rolling starts' and students commence at a time negotiated with B.T.C. trainers and individuals and businesses.
