 Counselling and Community Services The following certificates in the area of Counselling and Community Services are available on the Sunshine Coast. Community Services include Aged Care, Children's Services, Community Care, Disability and Youth Work. (Providers are listed alphabetically):
Ballinger Training and Consultancy Certificate III in Disability Work Certificate IV in Disability Work(Traineeships available) Classes can be run at your workplace for groups of 4 or more and the Certificate IV in Disability Work is also delivered under the Productivity Places Program. Certificate IV in Disability Work has rolling starts, with students commencing at a time negotiated with trainers and yourself or business. Please click here for more info.
Quest College Our courses in the welfare area of study are nationally accredited courses and therefore professionally recognised throughout Australia. The Certificate IV provides students with fundamental interpersonal communication skills, core counselling skills and an introduction to a variety of issues related to work in the welfare area. All courses are delivered by qualified experienced tutors in face to face classroom sessions in Maroochydore.
